WEDDING PLANNER
We are pleased to present, Just Marry! as the preferred planning partner for the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek. Our teams work seamlessly together to provide an unmatched wedding planning experience for our clients. While your dedicated Wyndham catering team manages all of your venue and menu details, Just Marry! will assist you with the other details of your wedding planning, and in whatever way works best for you. If you selected a Reception Only, The Hotel requires a professional Wedding planner for all wedding events. The Coordinator must be a Licensed Wedding Planner and Approved by the Hotel.

WEDDING TASTINGS
Your personalized tasting may be scheduled 60-90 days prior to your wedding once your contract is signed. Weddings with 50 or more guests, require Chef’s approval at least 14 days in advance. Tastings vary from 2-4 guests based on wedding package selected. Additional guests at the tasting is subject to $100.00++ per person charge, and is subject to availability.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
All Food and Beverage items must be purchased exclusively by the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek and consumed in the designated event areas. It is not permitted to bring outside food on Hotel property. The Wyndham Grand Orlando prohibits the removal of food and beverage from our premises or functions. The Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek is the only licensed authority to serve and sell alcoholic beverages on premises. Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted on Hotel property. The Hotel will require appropriate ID for anyone who appears to be under the age of 21. Florida Liquor Law mandates that alcohol will stop being served at 2:00 AM.

SERVICE CHARGE AND TAX
All Food and Beverage prices are Subject to a 26% Service Charge and 6.5% Sales Tax. Note: Service Charge Is Taxable, and subject to change.

WELCOME BAGS & ROOM DROPS
Welcome Bags can be handed out at check-in by our Front Desk agents at $3 per room (maximum of 50 bags) or welcome bags can be delivered directly to their room upon arrival at $5 per room. All Bags should be pre-assembled.

ELECTRICAL SERVICES
Some event elements will require power distribution, which will need to be supplied by the Hotels in-house electrical contractor.

FUNCTION TIME
Reception Packages are based on a (1) Hour Welcome Reception, and a maximum (3) Hour Dinner Reception. Additional Hours are available and are subject to an additional charge of $500 per hour.

CONFETTI
A Cleanup fee of $1,200 + 6.5% sales tax will be charged for Confetti use in the any ballroom or foyer space. Confetti use is not permitted in any of the outdoor event locations on property.

SPARKLERS
Sparklers are permitted in our outdoor event locations. Couples/Planner is required to provide lighters, sand and buckets for event where sparklers will be used. Hotel Staff is not responsible for lighting sparklers or disposing of sand buckets.

NOISE CURFEW
The Hotel has a noise curfew of 10:00 PM for all outdoor functions and inside our Horizon Meeting Room.
