Incidental Hold Policy
To ensure a smooth and seamless check-in experience, a valid credit or debit card is required upon arrival. A temporary hold of $100.00 per night will be authorized to cover any incidental charges incurred during your stay.
This hold is released at check-out, once all charges have been finalized. Please note the following estimated timeframes for the release of funds:
Domestic Credit Cards: 5 to 7 business days
Domestic Debit Cards: 7 to 10 business days
International Credit/Debit Cards: 14 to 21 business days

A Pet-Friendly Hotel
The Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek welcomes one pet up to 50 pounds for an additional fee of $75 for stays of 1 to 6 nights, and $150 for stays of 7 to 14 nights. There is a 14-night limit for guests with pets. All rooms are pet friendly. Pets cannot be left unattended in room.
Receiving of Packages
The following charges apply, plus sales tax, for the receipt of packages shipped to hotel guests. When a package arrives, we will call the guest room. We will leave a voicemail if we can’t reach the guest.
